Jan has over 40 years’ experience working for major product providers and distributors in the life and pensions industry, with the last 20 years focussed on the retirement and later life market where she champions the place for guaranteed income within retirement plans.  Jan has had a real interest in the subject of vulnerability since the FCA first raised this topic formally in 2015. Since then, she has worked with many advisory practices to help them understand the relevance and importance of having an effective approach to working with their vulnerable clients.
